Hey kids,

I am not the one to throw in the towel.  And I am REALLY not the one to turn down work.  But NEVER in my wildest dreams did I expect the amount of orders and gratitude that has poured in from the Chocolate Miis.  So much in fact that in two weeks I have generated enough orders to backlog the chocolate company clear up until Valentine’s Day.

I thought I could get 250 orders.  If I reached that goal I would be happy.  I made that goal in two days.  I won’t divulge how may boxes we have sold, but rest assured that number was blown out of the water.

Paul Pape blog continues;”

So I have to do the one thing I said I would never do, and that is stop taking orders.  But not to worry, that doesn’t mean all of you last minute shoppers can’t get your Miis.  The nice folks over at ThinkGeek.com have bought up 500 boxes, and will be releasing them on the first of February.  So head over there and snag them up quick.

Lastly, as a way of saying thanks, I will be putting twenty boxes up on Ebay, with all proceeds going towards the Child’s Play charity.  If you don’t know about that charity, it is a place where gamers prove that they aren’t all guns and killing, but that we have a heart, too.

I will be putting up those boxes on Friday, January 25th.  If you have a little extra money, please bid on those boxes.  I will also enclose a $10 coupon off of a Mii 2.0 or one of my other products with each box.

So thank you, everyone.  You have really made my day, month, even my year.  I will continue to create the Chocolate Miis after Valentine’s, as well as other festive geekery still to come.  So stay tuned, and look for a newsletter in the coming weeks, when I will launch my newest geekery item.”

Wow I hope everyone that wanted one of these got in there order early. It really sounds like Paul Pape wanted to fulfill every possible order but just had to dawn a line somewhere to the madness.
