		<description>Long time lurker, thought I would say hello! I really dont post much but thanks for the good times I have here. Love this place..

	  When I was hurt in that motorcar accident my life would be changed forever.  Unfortunately that driver had no car insurance and I was going to be hurting for ever.

This was not time for me to start and guess what to do. I had to find a good accident lawyer to help me get what I needed. After all, my family was counting on me.

How lousy was it? I has bedridden for 8 months, I had to have constant care and my clinic bills went through the roof!

Thankfully, I found a good referral site to help me.

I will post more later this year to tell you more about what I have been going through.

		<description>I would concur that mint.com needs great improvement in their overall product quality and their support system.  Their product is horribly buggy.  Basic things like changing a transaction category don&#039;t work.  And worst of all, they don&#039;t seem to do much about it.  I&#039;ve filed 3 reports for the same bug every week.  One including detailed reproduction steps.  All they did was send back some generic message saying they are working on fixing bugs without any reference to the specific bug.  One would hope that a basic transaction integrity bug like this would get some attention.  They have great potential so it&#039;s too bad.  If anyone comes out with a similar service, I would gladly like to try them.  I also worry about the security of my data if they can&#039;t fix or don&#039;t seem to care about fundamental bugs like this</description>

While not apparent to customers, I have actually been traveling for the better part of the last week &amp; just now have regular internet access.

A few things:
1. We have a QA manager coming aboard shortly. I will work with the person so we can update customers better on known bug issues; I will also work with them so we can refine our process for bug reporting and tracking. I know the current system isn&#039;t optimal &amp; that the communication is sometimes lacking. Luckily, the person coming aboard should also be able to help us make sure that there are fewer bugs in the product.

2. I&#039;ve been largely working on Account Aggregation for the past month. As this issue draws the most repeat contacts, it is something that has to be worked on almost daily. While I know folks expect me to be active in the forums 100 percent of the time, I do need to advise that it isn&#039;t the only job responsibility that I currently have. If I can free time up to be more active...you can bet I will be out there.

3. We need to change the messaging on the site for some issues. For example, a temporary connectivity issue with a bank/credit card company needs to give better messaging than it currently does (something we&#039;re working on).</description>
